We offer a 7-Day Replacement Guarantee for all eligible products.

Conditions for Replacement:

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Valid reasons include: damaged item, wrong item received, or manufacturing defects.

How to Request Replacement:

• Email us at support@alibabadrips.com with your Order ID, photos of the product, and reason for replacement.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you with the return steps.
• Replacements will be shipped after verification of the returned item.

Note: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided if the request meets our criteria.

Warranty Policy🛡️

We offer an additional 6-month warranty on select products, based on specific terms and conditions.

Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects like broken clasps, weak chains, or faulty closures.
• Fading or discoloration under normal use (if stated under product details).

Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage due to mishandling, accidents, exposure to water/chemicals.
• Wear and tear from daily use or aging.
